2014 Jeep Cherokee Headlight Problem
I initially had a problem with one of the headlight bulbs in my 2014 Grand Cherokee not working. The high beams did not work properly after it was replaced. My LED headlights are now broken, and the recommended fix is to replace the entire headlight assembly. A single LED headlight replacement now costs an eye-watering $3,700 USD. I'm reaching out to fellow Jeep enthusiasts who may have encountered a similar problem and discovered a less expensive solution. Is there any chance that Jeep will develop a better solution to this problem? I have yet to receive a response or assistance from the company. If you've dealt with this situation before or have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
Progress
In my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, the headlights initially stopped working. They were replaced. After the replacement, the LED headlights on the left side and the high beams stopped working. I reported this issue. I was contacted by Jeep, and an authorized service requested the opening of a file. It was opened. When I called back, I was told that the repair could not be done and that I needed to buy a new left headlight. The price for this is 3,400 USD. I am writing this because I think that potential new Jeep buyers should be aware of this approach and the prices.
