I Can't Use My JBL Tune Flex 2—No App Connection


I opened the box of my JBL Tune 720BT headphones today and started using them for the first time. I registered the headphones in the app, but on my next attempt, they would not connect. To fix the connection issue, I tried resetting the headphones, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and several other methods, but the problem continues.
I am requesting support so that I can connect my headphones to the app without any issues.
