My JBL Tune 225TWS True Wireless Earbud Headphones malfunctioned

The JBL Tune 220 TWS headphones I bought are terrible. Recently, the left earbud broke due to regular use. In an effort to continue using the headphones, I obtained a replacement left earbud from another individual. However, I am now facing difficulty in pairing and connecting the two earbuds together. I am in need of technical support on this issue and would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions that may be offered. I am aware that I am not the only one facing this problem and would like to hear from others who have had similar experiences with JBL headphones. Thank you in advance for your opinions and suggestions.
