I Bought JBL Tune 310C and Right Side Stopped Working After Just One Year

Place of Purchase: MediaMarkt – Üsküdar Nevçarşı Mall, Istanbul
Purchase Date / Usage: I purchased the product about one year ago. For the first 7–8 months, the volume would occasionally increase and decrease on its own. For the past four months, the right earbud has been producing almost no sound at all, and the left earbud is noticeably quieter compared to when I first bought it. It is not possible to listen to music or watch content outdoors; it can only be used in a very quiet environment.
Current Issue: The right earbud has extremely low volume, and the left earbud also has an overall reduction in sound level.
Steps Taken: I performed a reset through the JBL app, but the issue persists.
Documentation / Information: I have the MediaMarkt receipt. (I can share the receipt and serial number if needed.)
Customer Service: I have not yet contacted JBL or MediaMarkt customer service.
Request: I am requesting that the product be inspected under warranty and that the issue be resolved. If repair is not possible, I request a replacement.
I kindly ask that this issue of uneven and reduced sound levels be evaluated under warranty and resolved as quickly as possible.
