On November 1, 2025, I purchased two JBL Tune Flex2 headphones from Vatan Bilgisayar at Gaziantep Prime Mall. With both products, my voice does not transmit clearly to the other party during calls, and the sound performance is low when listening to music. I submitted both products to the authorized service center and customer support; the return was approved for the product with serial number 85MS0034822, but I was told that a return would not be accepted for the product with serial number 48MS0055496. However, both products show the same issues, and both are under warranty.
I am requesting that the same solution be applied to both products and that the return for my rejected product also be accepted under warranty. I kindly ask that my inconvenience be resolved.
