Kärcher VCC6 Defective From First Use - Service Delay And No Replacement

I purchased a Kärcher VCC6 from Teknosa in İskenderun on 15 February. I tried to use the product for the first time on 1 March and realized that it was defective from the very beginning, so I could not use it at all. I took the product to the service, and the service officially received it on 4 March. Since that date, I have not received any feedback, and I have been without the product all this time. The service has been examining the device for days and there has been no clear information or solution offered. When I contacted both Teknosa and Kärcher customer service, each side directed me to the other instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue. My service or tracking number related to this process is TH 737743. Since the product was delivered to me in a defective condition and I could never use it, I request that my Kärcher VCC6 be replaced with a brand new, intact device and sent to me as soon as possible, and that this process be carried out without causing further loss of time.
