I am writing regarding two withdrawal requests I made from my Parimatch account to my bank on 25/02/2026, in the amounts of 3,000 and 6,000. It has now been 16 days and neither of these withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. Both tickets, numbered #79403919 and #79605956, are still shown as pending, and I have received no result or update about their status. Since the day I made the withdrawals, I have been contacting your support on a daily basis, but I am not receiving any clear response or solution about where my money is or when it will be processed. This ongoing delay and lack of communication is causing me serious concern, as these are my own funds and I have complied with the withdrawal process. I kindly request the immediate credit of both withdrawals, totalling 9,000, to my bank account without any further delay, and a clear explanation for why these transactions have been pending for so long.
