I Hear Delayed, Distorted, Robotic Sound on My JBL Quantum 350 Wireless Headset

I purchased the JBL Quantum 350 Wireless headset expecting reliable performance, but I’m extremely disappointed. At first, everything worked fine. However, just one week in, I started experiencing serious audio issues. The sound is delayed, filled with static, and often has a robotic distortion that makes it nearly impossible to use for gaming or calls.

I thought maybe reinstalling the drivers would fix the issue, so I tried that several times—but nothing changed. The problem persists no matter what I do. I’ve spoken with a friend who had the exact same experience. They sent their headset in under warranty, but the issue returned shortly after. This tells me it’s not an isolated defect—it’s a design or hardware flaw.

For a headset in this price range and from a brand like JBL, I expected far better quality and support. I shouldn’t have to constantly troubleshoot something that’s supposed to work out of the box.

I’m no longer interested in a repair or replacement—I want to return the product entirely and get my money back. JBL, please process my return and refund request as soon as possible. This level of performance is unacceptable.
