If your JazzCash payment got lost mid-transaction;

• Contact JazzCash support immediately via the app, helpline, or official email and explain that the transaction failed or is missing
• Provide your registered phone number, CNIC, transaction ID (if available), amount, date/time, and screenshots or bank statement showing the deduction

Ask them to;

• Verify the actual transaction status (failed, pending, or reversed)
• Confirm whether the amount is stuck in processing or queued for auto-reversal
• Reverse the transaction or credit the amount back to your wallet/bank
