Tashan Win JazzCash Withdrawal Stuck Processing

I am a user of the Tashan Win application with UID 104***. On 28-02-2026, I requested my first withdrawal of 50,000 to my JazzCash account, but the transaction has been stuck in “Processing” status for 2 days and has still not been completed. During this period I tried to reach customer support through the support button inside the app, but it is not opening and I am unable to contact anyone from the platform. This situation is causing me serious concern, as my money is blocked and I have no clear information about the status of my withdrawal. I request that my pending withdrawal of 50,000 to JazzCash be processed and credited to my account as soon as possible, and that the issue with the in-app customer support button be checked so that users can reach support when needed.
