My JazzCash Withdrawal From N999.com Is Delayed Without Explanation

I am a user of N999.com with UID 63559760 and today I requested a withdrawal of 6,000 PKR to my JazzCash account registered under the name Muhammad Al**. In the N999.com system the withdrawal status is shown as “success,” but even though almost two hours have passed, the money has still not been credited to my JazzCash account. I immediately contacted N999.com support about this issue. They replied that withdrawals can usually take 1 to 3 business days. However, my previous payments from N999.com, including a 9,000 PKR withdrawal, were credited within about an hour and I have never experienced such a delay before. Because of this, I am worried that there is a specific problem with this transaction. I request that my 6,000 PKR withdrawal be credited to my JazzCash account without further delay, or that a detailed investigation be carried out urgently and the issue resolved as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about the status of this transaction and the reason for this unusual delay.
