JazzCash Transaction Successful, WePlay Coins Not Credited

Today I purchased a 1500-coin package via the WePlay recharge website, paying through JazzCash. The amount was successfully deducted from my JazzCash account, but the coins were not credited to my WePlay account, which has caused a delay and prevented me from completing my top-up. The following reference identifies the JazzCash transaction: TID 099223202704. Since the payment has clearly gone through, I either expect the 1500 coins to be credited to my account as soon as possible or a full refund of the amount paid. If users are paying money for coins, they should be credited instantly, because such delays create problems and disrupt gameplay and top-ups. I request that this issue be checked urgently using the transaction ID provided and that my balance be corrected or my payment refunded without further delay.
