JazzCash Withdrawal Stuck In Processing

I am writing to report a serious issue I faced with a withdrawal transaction through the JazzCash mobile app. On 6th of this month, at around 11:16, I made a withdrawal request of 135,000 PKR from my JazzCash wallet. However, the transaction got stuck in “processing” and has not been completed or reversed since then. This situation is very stressful because a large amount of money is neither available in my wallet nor received as withdrawn cash. I have not yet been able to get any clear information from the app about when this issue will be resolved. I am using JazzCash from Kasba Gujrat and I trusted the service for safe and timely transactions, which makes this problem even more worrying. I request JazzCash to urgently check this transaction, either complete the withdrawal or immediately reverse the full amount of 135,000 PKR back to my JazzCash wallet, and provide a clear explanation of why the transaction got stuck in processing so that I can avoid such issues in the future.
