Today, I purchased Livufans coins twice using JazzCash on my account registered with the email address eitaza***@gmail.com—once for 119 rs and once for 721 rs. Although both transactions were completed and the money was successfully deducted from my JazzCash account, the coins were not added to my Livufans balance after either purchase.

I have not yet been able to contact customer service regarding this issue, which has made the situation even more frustrating. The payments clearly went through, but I did not receive the service I paid for.

I request that the full amount paid (119 rs + 721 rs) be refunded to me as soon as possible. Alternatively, if a specific process is required to initiate the refund, I ask that you provide clear guidance on how I should proceed. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
