JazzCash Investment Missing – Request Investment Restoration Or Refund
I am writing to report an issue with my Salaam Investment via JazzCash and to request an urgent resolution. On 13 July 2026 at 01:22 AM, I invested Rs. 7,500 into the Salaam Investment Ultra plan through my JazzCash account. The transaction was successful with Transaction ID (TID) 71742**501, and the investment initially appeared correctly under my Goal in the app. However, the very next day the investment disappeared from my Goal and is no longer visible in my JazzCash account, even though the transaction shows as successful. I have already registered a complaint with JazzCash under Complaint ID COM**8, but the issue has not yet been resolved. I am concerned about the safety of my funds and would like this matter to be investigated in detail. I kindly request that you either restore my Rs. 7,500 Salaam Investment to my Goal if the investment is active, or process a full refund back to my JazzCash wallet if the investment was not properly completed. I also ask that you inform me clearly about the status and outcome of this transaction.
