JazzCash Wrong Transfer 3200 PKR Sent to Incorrect Number

I am writing regarding a mistaken fund transfer made through the JazzCash mobile application. On April 24 at around 6:15 PM, an amount of 3,200 PKR was accidentally transferred from JazzCash number 030171831** (Rasheed Ah***) to JazzCash number 032922401** (Farzana Beg***).

As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately contacted the JazzCash helpline and explained the situation in detail. However, I was informed that such transactions cannot be refunded, and no further assistance or action was offered to help recover the funds or address the recipient account.

I respectfully request that JazzCash review this case and assist me in recovering the mistakenly transferred amount of 3,200 PKR. At the very least, I ask that a proper investigation be conducted and appropriate action be taken regarding the recipient account if possible. I expect clear guidance and meaningful support from JazzCash in resolving this issue, as the loss occurred due to an unintentional error and I reported it promptly.
