JazzCash Payment Stuck - No Official Response

I made a mobile account to mobile account transfer via JazzCash on 16-06-2026 at 19:07, from my number 03143334*** to 03226637***, with Transaction ID 714945351105 for the amount of 1,000 Rs. According to the recipient, the payment appears to be stuck and they have mentioned that it may take 3 to 15 days to reverse. However, I have not received any official notification, SMS, or in-app message from JazzCash about the status or any reversal timeline for this transaction. At the moment, I do not know whether this transaction is successful, failed, or still pending in your system. This uncertainty is causing inconvenience because the amount has been debited on my side, but the status is unclear and I cannot use or resend this money until I receive a clear update from JazzCash. I have already tried to reach JazzCash customer support but I have not received any proper response so far and I am still waiting. For your reference, I also have a screenshot of my transaction history showing this transaction. I kindly request that you check this transaction in your system and confirm its current status clearly, stating whether it is successful, failed, or pending, and, if it has failed, when exactly the amount will be reversed to my account. I would like to receive an official and prompt update on this matter so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
