JazzCash Won’t Let Me Access My Account After I Tried to Withdraw Funds

Shortly after this withdrawal request, my account became abnormal, and I have not been able to log in to the platform for 2 days. At the moment, I cannot access my account at all, so I cannot check the status of my withdrawal, play any games, or manage my balance. I contacted ZS999 customer service, but my problem was not properly collected or handled, and no support agent has joined to solve my issue, so I have not received any clear answer or solution. I urgently request that my accounts with profile IDs 449139024 and czik7165 be reactivated so that I can log in again, and that my 5,000 rupees withdrawal to JazzCash account number 031598619** be processed correctly, or the amount be returned to me if the withdrawal failed. I expect a clear explanation of why my account became abnormal after the withdrawal request and a fast resolution of this problem.
