I have been trying to withdraw my money from B9 Game to my JazzCash account for several days and my withdrawals are not being paid. I made multiple withdrawal requests on different dates, including a total withdrawal request of 85,000 PKR to my JazzCash number ending with 1704, but the money has still not been transferred. Despite waiting and checking repeatedly, there has been no payment and no response from B9 Game. My current B9 account balance is 269,237 PKR, and I am very worried because I cannot access my own funds and there is no support or explanation from the platform. I request that B9 Game immediately process and send my pending withdrawal of 85,000 PKR to my JazzCash number ending with 1704 and ensure that I can freely withdraw my remaining account balance of 269,237 PKR without any delay or blocking.
