My 2019 Jaguar I-PACE has had ongoing air conditioning issues since purchase. Initially, the "High Voltage Water Heater" was replaced under warranty. However, after the warranty expired, the problem resurfaced. Between November 2023 and March 2024, I paid for multiple repairs, including AC cleaning, compressor replacement, another high-voltage heater replacement, battery replacement, and hose changes—none of which resolved the issue. The AC either stops working shortly after repairs or wasn’t fixed properly.
Recently, while taking the car for service, a hybrid battery error appeared. Kosifler Bostancı diagnosed it and stated the 18th battery cell needs replacement under warranty but claimed they aren't authorized for battery repairs, directing me to Borusan. After contacting Borusan Samandıra and Avcılar branches, I received conflicting information. Additionally, the tie rods were found damaged at Avcılar, though Kosifler denied any issue.
Currently, my car sits at Borusan Avcılar, with no updates or replacement vehicle provided despite warranty terms. Reaching customer service has been nearly impossible, and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication. For a premium brand, this service level is unacceptable. I demand immediate updates, proper repairs, and a resolution to this prolonged ordeal.
