Repeated Hybrid Battery Issues with My Jaguar I-Pace, No Replacement Vehicle Provided

On January 16, my Jaguar I-Pace was towed to the Borusan Automotive service center for the second time in 20 days due to the same issue—a hybrid battery malfunction. Both times, my car remained at the service center for a month while waiting for the necessary parts, and no replacement vehicle was provided.

I was not contacted or updated unless I initiated communication myself. It’s unacceptable that Borusan Automotive doesn’t stock spare parts for a car model that has been on the market for 6-7 years.

I will escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities if this issue is not resolved promptly. Borusan must improve its service quality and ensure timely repairs with adequate customer support.
