The Cashier At JC Penny Mishandled My Return Request

I had a very bad experience with JC Penney today at the Lakeside Mall when I tried to return something. The checkout girl, whose name was S****, was rude and worked near the accessories section. She wrongly said I returned a shirt with a stain even though I hadn't worn it. Over the course of our conversation, Sarah was rude and rough with my things. Unfortunately, I couldn't report her to the manager, as she had nothing on her telling me what her name was, I was only there to return and maybe but another few more but due to their rudeness I left the store right after the return.
