My Columbia Jacket Sheds Feathers and Falls Apart
I bought a jacket from a Columbia store on November 13, 2024, and after its very first use, it started shedding feathers everywhere. To make matters worse, the color is fading, and the seams are already coming apart. This is completely unacceptable for a jacket, especially one from a brand like Columbia!
I reported these severe quality issues to the company, and they had the audacity to claim it was "user error." How in the world can a customer cause a brand-new jacket to shed feathers, lose color, and unravel at the seams after a single use? This isn't user error; it's a blatant manufacturing defect and a clear sign of shoddy craftsmanship. I paid for quality and received a defective product.
Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Inspect my jacket properly and provide a full refund or a durable replacement. Stop blaming your customers for your own product failures and stand behind the quality your brand advertises. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating and dishonest response.
