Jabra Elite Active 8 Won’t Turn On, Replacement Request Denied

I purchased the Jabra Elite Active 8 and discovered that the device wouldn’t turn on when I unboxed it at home. I requested a replacement, but my request was denied, and the product was sent for servicing instead. Despite being a brand-new device, they refused to replace it, citing it as a "personal product."
Previously, I owned the Jabra Elite Active 3, which also had a defect—its left earbud stopped working after the warranty expired. I later learned it was a known issue, yet no recall or resolution was offered for this faulty product.
This repeated experience with Jabra has been frustrating. I expect them to stand behind their products, offer a replacement for my defective Elite Active 8, and address these recurring issues properly.
