On June 4, 2023, I purchased a Jabra Elite 3 model headphone. After six months, on January 7, 2024, the sound stopped coming from the right earpiece, so I contacted Jabra. Although it is still under warranty, they initially told me to clean the earpiece, then directed me to an app, and now they are not responding to my messages.
