Zara Makes Customer Pay For System Error!


I bought the Jabra Elite 3 earphones on June 4, 2023, and now, only 6 months later on January 7, 2024, the right earbud has stopped producing any sound. I contacted Jabra customer service regarding the product's warranty, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. At first, they suggested cleaning the earbud and recommended an app, but now they seem to be disregarding my messages. Is this the level of quality we can anticipate from Jabra, even with the 2-year warranty mentioned in the app?
