iStock Charged Me for a Year After Trial – Won’t Cancel Remaining Subscription

My sibling unknowingly signed up for an iStock one-month trial, and since I wasn’t aware of it, I didn’t cancel in time. Because of this, iStock automatically enrolled me in a mandatory one-year subscription without clear consent. The terms were written in small print, making it easy to miss.

When I contacted iStock customer support via email, I explained that I don’t want a refund for past charges, but I do want the remaining subscription canceled. However, they refuse to cancel it, forcing me to pay for an entire year of a service I didn’t intentionally subscribe to.

This is extremely unfair. I request an immediate cancellation of my remaining subscription. iStock, stop trapping users in long-term plans without proper consent!
