Withdrawal of Money from Virtual Card Without My Permission or Knowledge

On 07/08/2025 at 01:11 AM, an amount was withdrawn from my İş Bankası virtual card by a company listed in the transaction description as “Moka United/Ye Bilgi Te İstanbul” without my knowledge or consent. The virtual card was specifically created for security purposes, and in this system, it is not possible for any money to be withdrawn unless the cardholder sets a time-limited spending limit.
