Multiple Unauthorized Apple.com and GoDaddy Charges — Need Full Refund
On October 19, 2025, between 11:37 p.m. and 11:50 p.m., approximately $326 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank debit card through iyzico’s virtual POS system without my knowledge or consent, across 17 different transactions. These transactions appear to have been made on various platforms such as Apple.com/Bill Cork IE and GoDaddy. My account had a total balance of $326, and when I noticed the transactions, I immediately had my account completely closed. I only received SMS notifications after all the transactions were completed—no confirmation code or on-screen warning was shown during the transactions.
After the incident, I contacted iyzico via email but have not received a response. I also tried reaching VakıfBank, but due to the time of day I was redirected to a branch and have not yet been able to initiate a chargeback dispute. This is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this, and I urgently request that my grievance be resolved and that all unauthorized transactions be fully refunded.
I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
