İş Bankası Refused to Increase My Limit for 3 Years Despite 20 Years of Loyalty
I have been using your bank for more than 20 years. While other banks have increased my credit card limit, you have refused to raise my limit, which has been stuck at ₺30.000 for the past 3 or 4 years. This is despite the fact that my investments and rental income are with your bank. Even when I decided to close my first credit card, which I had been using for 20 years, your customer representative told me the limit on the card was too high to close, and they offered me bonus points, etc. I still closed it. Now, I will spend another 2 hours trying to reach your customer service to close my last remaining credit card. For 20 years, you have not provided any support in terms of commissions or interest rates, and it's clear that won’t change. I'm writing this here so others can see my experience.
