I Paid Credit Card Fee but Got Nothing in Return

When I call İş Bank, the customer service representatives act indifferent, and I cannot get a refund for my credit card fee. When I say I want to cancel the card, they just say, "You can keep using it for another year and then cancel if you want," without offering any real solution. The bank’s overall attention to customers seems to have declined, and I personally feel neglected. My friends, when they call under similar circumstances, are offered 700–800₺ worth of MaxiPoints to keep their cards active, yet I receive no such offer. On top of that, I paid a 900₺ annual credit card fee. I’m requesting that this fee be canceled by the bank. No one has called to inform or assist me, and this whole experience has been genuinely upsetting.
