İş Bankası Maximiles Credit Card Points Issue

I earned ₺200 in points from the İş Bankası Maximiles credit card fuel campaign, but I was unable to use these points within the specified timeframe and even at the gas station where I earned them. When I contacted İş Bankası customer service, they advised me to try different gas stations, assuring me that they could see the points.
Despite trying at 10 different stations across 7 different cities, I was unable to redeem these points at all. As a last resort, I closed my İş Bankası credit card account, even though I am a salary customer. I no longer trust İş Bankası.
