TEB Blocked My Internet Banking but Sent a Card Without a Number for Verification

After changing my SIM card, my internet banking password was blocked, and TEB is now asking me to enter my card number to regain access. However, the new credit card they sent me, as per their own policy, does not have a card number printed on it! Because of this, I am unable to complete the process and have been told that I need to visit a branch. As a full-time employee, visiting a branch during working hours is a significant inconvenience for me. Why should I bear the consequences of a situation caused entirely by the bank’s lack of foresight? As a long-standing institution, I expected TEB to prioritize customer satisfaction. Sending out cards without numbers and then making the card number mandatory for certain transactions is a serious planning failure. I urge TEB to resolve this issue promptly and to take steps to ensure that other customers do not face similar inconveniences. A bank of this size and reputation should value its customers’ time and satisfaction far more!
