I Could Not Access the App After Updating My Phone Number at Garanti BBVA
On 02.04.25, I updated my phone number with Garanti Bank. When I got home, I tried to log in to the banking app, but I couldn’t access it. I tried calling customer service but couldn’t get through. When I finally managed to connect by reporting a lost or stolen card, the representatives told me they couldn’t help and that I had to go back to the bank branch. I don’t understand what kind of banking system this is. I will cut ties with this bank as soon as possible—this kind of system is unacceptable. No one is actually helping; on the contrary, they are making things more difficult.
