I Am Being Financially Pressured by İş Bankası After Asking Help

I am a commercial customer. I requested a debt restructuring for my loan, but couldn’t reach the branch for a long time. Eventually, Mr. G*** got in touch and the process began — yet during this time, my İşCep access was blocked. I can no longer track my loan or credit card debts. This lacks transparency. Commercial credit cards can only be paid via account balance — not even at ATMs. When I transfer funds to my account, the system deducts them for the loan. I can’t pay the credit card, and everything goes into default. I was told, “All debts (loan and credit card) are included in the restructuring, but the new installments are higher than current ones, so the head office rejected it.” This is not a solution — it creates financial pressure. Blocking İşCep, restricting payment options, and unilaterally rejecting restructuring… it all seems aimed at pushing me into legal action. This approach is neither humane, nor ethical, nor worthy of a reputable banking institution.
