Blocked Funds and Endless Runaround with TEB Bank


My credit card was overdue. They promised to unblock it once the full payment was made. I deposited the amount as instructed, and they assured me it would be unblocked within a week. A week later, still no access. I called again, and they said I needed to deposit an additional ₺100. After another call, they claimed there was a block due to a commercial account, which I don't have. When I contacted commercial services, they confirmed no such account existed. Now, after yet another call, they're saying there's a ₺100 shortage causing the block, and I'll have to wait another week. The customer reps seem clueless, redirecting me in different directions. This bank has the most absurd processes I've ever encountered. My frustration continues unabated.
