My IQOS Heats Up Slowly, Shows Errors, and Support Is Impossible to Reach
I’ve been a loyal IQOS user for a long time, but over the past few months, my experience has gone downhill. The device used to work reliably, but now the heating time has become excessively long—and many times, it doesn’t heat up properly at all. Instead, I frequently get a “check device” error, which completely prevents me from using it.
On top of that, the performance has noticeably dropped due to tobacco residue building up inside the device. Even after thoroughly cleaning it as recommended, the issue remains. It's frustrating to own a product that stops working properly despite all the maintenance.
But what’s even worse is the lack of customer support. Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible, and the email replies I get are vague and unhelpful.
