I Paid for an IQOS Order but Got Ignored After Payment
I placed an order for an IQOS product, thinking I was dealing with a legitimate representative. The person I spoke with presented themselves as customer support and seemed trustworthy at first. They said I could pay with cash on delivery, but later claimed there was a “system error” and insisted I send the payment via bank transfer instead. I unfortunately went ahead and transferred the money.
Since then, I’ve heard nothing. My messages are seen but ignored, my calls go unanswered, and the phone line is constantly off—only reachable through WhatsApp, and even there, they won’t respond. No product has been delivered. They even told me “we have no complaints on Şikayetvar,” to sound more trustworthy, which clearly wasn’t true.
