When I first reached out to purchase IQOS Terea, the seller was extremely attentive and responsive — until I completed the payment. The moment they received the money, their attitude completely changed. All communication stopped, and I’ve been left completely ignored and deceived. Not only did they stop replying, but they also keep changing their phone numbers, making it impossible to track them or follow up. I feel misled and scammed, and this entire experience has caused me financial and emotional distress. What kind of business model is this — where you treat customers with such blatant disregard after receiving their money? Is there no accountability? No shame?
