I Paid for IQOS But Got No Product and No Real Customer Support

I placed an order on the website iqos.gen.tr about a week ago. The site claimed to be an official IQOS customer service partner and looked legitimate at first. They asked for payment via bank transfer, which I completed without issue. The next day, they told me the product had been shipped—but that was a complete lie.

It’s been days, and there’s still no tracking number, no package, and no real communication. Every attempt to reach their so-called customer service has gone nowhere. I now realize I was likely misled by a fake or unofficial site pretending to represent IQOS.

IQOS, I need your urgent help to clarify whether this site is authorized and to take immediate action. And if it's a scam, help customers like me get our money back. This kind of deception cannot continue unchecked.
