I Ordered Heets from an IQOS Website, Paid, and Got Scammed

March 9, 2025 12:10 PM62

I placed an order for Heets through what appeared to be an official IQOS website. I completed the payment and received a confirmation message via WhatsApp. At first, everything seemed normal — they were responsive and even sent follow-up messages. But once the payment was received, they completely disappeared. No product was delivered, and shortly after, I was blocked on WhatsApp. Turns out the site was a scam, and they tricked me into paying for something they never intended to send. I filed a report with the police, and I’m also working with my bank to investigate the transaction. I have payment receipts, names, and phone numbers as evidence.

It’s absolutely unacceptable that these fake sellers are using the IQOS brand name to deceive customers. I’m calling on IQOS and law enforcement to take this seriously and shut down these fraudulent sites before more people lose their money.
