I tried reaching out to this company about my cosmetics order, yet one can only chat with this stupid bot that's as helpful as a rock. Seriously, their motto is all like, "We're super eager to assist you," but all they do is give me the runaround, just want to know where my order is, why is it so hard to get a straight answer out of them, not like I'm asking for the nuclear launch codes or anything—I just want to track my darn package! their whole "We'll email you in 24-48 hours" thing is the last bullet, I don't have time to wait around for an email—I want answers now! this is basic customer service stuff…
