iPhone X Face ID and Network Connectivity Issues After Update

My iPhone X, in perfect condition and never dropped, was working fine until a recent software update completely disrupted its functionality. Face ID worked flawlessly before, but now it only functions for about 6–7 hours after restarting the device, then becomes unresponsive again. Additionally, my phone’s internet connection has become extremely unreliable, frequently dropping out and struggling to connect, especially indoors.
I recently noticed how poorly it performs compared to much older phones. For example, a friend’s broken-screen phone had a strong connection in the same room where mine barely managed to receive notifications. Despite taking great care of my device, these update issues are causing significant problems. My network connection often drops unexpectedly as well, coming and going at random. It feels like these updates are actively degrading the phone’s performance.
