Hello, I purchased my iPhone 13 in May, and I’ve noticed that the battery health percentage is decreasing unusually fast. Just a few weeks ago, it was at 95%, and now it has dropped to 93%. This decline is happening despite the fact that I don’t play games or use heavy apps—only basic social media apps.
For instance, two days ago, the battery health was at 94%, and suddenly it’s 93%. At this rate, it seems likely to drop to 92% tomorrow. This rapid decrease is not normal for a device that hasn’t been used intensively.
Apple, please address this issue and provide a solution to ensure the battery performs as expected. This is highly disappointing for a relatively new phone.
