iPhone 13 Stolen – No Support from Apple to Recover or Reset My Password

4

About a week ago, my iPhone 13 was stolen. I immediately tried to secure my device using Find My iPhone, but since I didn’t remember my password, I requested a password reset. However, I have been waiting for a week, and I still haven’t received any reset email or assistance.

Even though I reported my phone as stolen, Apple has done nothing to help. I have all the necessary details, including the IMEI number and proof of ownership, yet I am still being ignored. Why is Apple making this process so difficult?

If owning an iPhone isn’t going to provide any security or real customer support, then why are we paying so much for it? I tried calling Apple’s customer service, but no one was able to provide a solution. I demand immediate assistance!
