IPhone 13 Battery Problem

I have been using my iPhone 13 for three years, and for the last two months the device has been heating up excessively and the battery is draining very quickly, even though I always use the original charger. Under normal daily use, the phone gets noticeably hot and the charge drops in a short time, which negatively affects my usage and makes me worry about both performance and safety. I have not yet taken the device to an authorized service or opened a support ticket through Apple support. However, I have heard that this model has many chronic problems, and I suspect that the issues I am experiencing may also be related to this situation. I kindly request that my iPhone 13 be examined in detail by Apple and that the cause of the overheating and rapid battery drain be identified and resolved, and that the necessary repair or maintenance operations be carried out.
