iPhone 13 Overheating and Rapid Battery Drain

I bought an iPhone 13 128 GB from Media Markt four months ago. Initially, everything worked perfectly, but after just one month, the phone started overheating, especially when plugged in for charging. Recently, I’ve noticed that the battery drops from 100% to 77% very quickly, even though the battery health still shows 100%. This rapid battery drain and overheating are frustrating and concerning, given that it’s a new device. I’m requesting Media Markt and Apple to address this issue and provide a solution, as I expected better performance from a brand-new iPhone. Please resolve this problem promptly so I can fully enjoy my device without these issues.
