I am using the Instamatch Android application and my account has just been blocked. When I try to log in, the system simply shows that my account is blocked, without giving any clear information or reason. I contacted Instamatch support regarding this situation. Instead of offering a solution, they informed me that my account was permanently blocked by the service provider and did not take any action to help resolve the issue. I have a balance/usage of approximately 4k in this account and I am now unable to access it due to the permanent block. I request a refund of the 4k amount associated with my Instamatch account and a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and my financial loss to be compensated as soon as possible.
