Request To Unblock My Instamatch Account

I have been using Instamatch and on 3 May 2026 my account was suddenly blocked, and my withdrawals were left pending. I only received the message “Your account has been blocked” with no clear explanation. I currently have two withdrawals stuck: Rs. 3,500 from 1 May and Rs. 2,000 from 3 May, and I cannot access this money because of the block. When I contacted Instamatch customer support, they told me there was “suspicious activity” on my account, but they did not provide any proof, detail, or specific reason. The only unusual action on my side was logging in from another device; apart from that, I have just been using the app normally. I find it unfair that my account and funds are blocked without a proper explanation or evidence. I request that Instamatch urgently review my case, unblock my account so I can continue playing, and release my pending amount of Rs. 5,500. If there is any real issue, I also expect a clear written explanation with concrete details instead of generic accusations of suspicious activity.
