I have been using an Instamatch account (user ID: 6401***, mobile number: 8091773***) which has been blocked for about the last two weeks without any valid reason. While I was trying to withdraw my amount, the process was not working and then my OTP also stopped coming, so effectively both my Instamatch ID and OTP have been blocked. At the time my account was blocked, I had an amount of 8,500 stuck in Instamatch that I have not been able to withdraw. I have already sent messages to Instamatch support but I have not received any response so far, and my account is still blocked and I cannot access or withdraw my money. I request that my Instamatch ID and OTP be urgently unblocked and that I be allowed to withdraw my 8,500 without any further issues.
